Shelter Plus Care Housing
Shelter Plus Care Housing is the least restrictive and most independent level of Residential Services. In this program, clients live independently and participate in appropriate levels of counseling and support services needed to maintain their recovery. This program is a HUD subsidized rental program for homeless individuals. All participants must meet HUD’s definition of homelessness and the income guidelines.
Clients must demonstrate the ability to manage their recovery before becoming eligible for this program. All clients are assigned a case manager to assist them with the transition to permanent independent housing.
