Does CAReS provide inpatient and detoxification services?

No, we do not. But we can help you locate those services if you need them.

 

What services does CAReS provide?

We provide non-intensive outpatient counseling, residential services and medication assisted treatment.

 

What insurances do you accept?

We accept Medicaid, Fidelis, YourCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Univera, Value Options, Independent Health.

 

What if I don’t have insurance or if the insurance I have is not accepted at CAReS?

We can schedule you an appointment with an insurance navigator who can help you get insurance that meets your needs. The insurance navigator is in our Olean office on Tuesdays and our Salamanca office on Fridays.

We also have a sliding fee scale if you are not interested in meeting with the insurance navigator.

 

Can I attend a group without being a client at CAReS?

No. Our groups require that you go through the evaluation/intake process and get admitted into treatment in order to attend.

How long do I have to wait to see the doctor or to get a prescription for medication assisted treatment?

We should be able to schedule you to see the doctor within a few weeks but you must complete the evaluation/intake process before your appointment can be scheduled. The doctor will assess your need for a prescription.

 

Will I get appointment reminder calls or texts?

As long as you keep your contact number updated in our records, you will receive phone calls and/or texts to remind you about your next appointment.
